1.3 and 1.5 are the different engine sizes. For example My Fujitsubo is for the 1.3 JDM version

 

But that doesn't make the difference as both exhausts are for 1.3 and 1.5. The difference has something to do with the "facelift". Read again. One exhaust is for 1.3s and 1.5s and the other is for the other 1.3 and 1.5 models.

 

Maybe it's for different engine and bumper. Fits in US have longer bumper compare to rest of the world.

 

Engine should be the same. All of them have L15A or L13A engines. In the japanese Wikipedia (Translation) you find only visual differences explained. But maybe its a different rear bumper as you said.

But why has J's Racing only one exhaust type for all models?
