I´m desperate, I own a 2003 FIT, some time ago the check engine light started to appear and inmediately the engine started to fail.
Took it to the garage at first the mechanic reported that the O2 sensor had failed. so I had it changed, guess what... after the first drive, the light and behavior.
The mechanic scanned it again and he said the problems were located in the ignition coils so we tested them and in his report he found 2 with some problems, so I had to replace those two.

Guess what after the next few drives again the same thing.

If you have any suggestions pleaase let me know, but believe me this has been very frustrating and expensive.

I love my Honda Fit, but I´m desperate.

Did the light come up on a rainy day? or did you just drive through a puddle of water?
