Nope.

As far as I know, even the GD rear discs from other markets can't be swapped in without changing over the entire rear subframe. It's been a while since I've looked at it, but last time I did I got discouraged and pretty much gave up on the idea of an affordable oem rear disc swap.

Type One Racing :: Suspension & Brakes :: Fit/Jazz (GD3/4) :: T1R Rear Disc Brake conversion - Honda Fit 07 & up GD-3

^ T1R rear disc conversion. I thought it was discontinued for a while, but I guess not. There is also a site/company that makes a conversion kit using an Integra's rear brake set up that may be cheaper but I don't remember who they are.

If someone were to produce an affordable rear disc conversion I would do it in a heartbeat. The price on the T1R is absolutely unaccepatble for what you get, especially given the quality I've heard about from T1R.

This is what I've replaced the rear T1R discs to match the front discs that I've put on my '07 Sport
Zeckhausen Racing
and
Zeckhausen Racing
the T1R disc conversion has DC2 calipers but the discs are off of something else...I don't remember off of what.

Contact AJ. They used to have a very good kit. Price about $700
I have zero issues with mine in more than 12,000 miles.
