NGK or Denso spark plugs?

The '07 Fit Service manual calls for NGK: IZFR6K13 or Denso SKJ20DR-M13 spark plugs. Can anyone recommend either one of these and why? Thanks in advance.

exactly the same thing! go with colder spark plugs if you want to pick up some power (see kraftwerks site for explanation)

personnally i prefer denso, but that's just personal opinion... they're the same

Exactly! I had Denso's IK22 and they were fine but i could'nt find them when i did my last tune up so i installed NGK BKR6EIX-11 and they run flawlessly too... as long as they are shorter and don't hinder air flow!!

Don't get fooled by the ''Better flame kernel blahblahblah'' marketing, they are fine!

Marko!!

I run NGK Iridium on my other two Honda vehicles. I'll definitely install them in the Fit when it is time

I have the IK22 Denzo's also... Regardless of what brand that you get the colder than stock heat range Spark Plug will lower the temperature of the combustion chamber and that has the same effect as high octane fuel by allowing the ECU to increase ignition advance by increasing the amount engine load required to produce pinging.

I value what my butt dyno tells me much more than a dyno graph readout.. It has been said that The Denso plugs not projecting as far into the combustion chamber results in better intake low and that accounts for the improvement in power....If that is true but you can't feel it, what's the difference?
