Short answer:
it can be done but is very expensive if you want to change toe and the axle is square with the chassis. And probably not worth it.
Your most reasonable action is to make sure the axle is square with the chassis centerline.

I know our tires are low profile but they should get more than 25k on a set. Tire warranties even on these smaller tires are 40-50k.

An AXLE is square to the chassis when it is perpendicular to the centerline of the chassis.

Tire mileage depends a lot on the quality of the tire; cheaply constructed tires with cheap materials will necessarily yield lower mileage. They cost much less which is why car manufacturers choose them, especially for cars not particularly high performance models.

Lower mileage also results from tread formulations intended for very high cornering; sticky rubber does that, even when the tire construction is high quality and of superior shape control.
Tire profile has little to do with tread mileage.
Next time you buy a tire check its wear rating. 200 is better perdformance. 600 is longer wearing. And we haven't even discussed the attributes of 'green' tires, chosen for their low rolling resistance but low cornering ability.
