b-12 code? Just got the car? Help Please

So I purchased my 07 fit sport about 2 weeks ago (had 51k miles). I bought it used from a toyota dealership, and they told me that they changed the oil (there is a sticker on my windshield indicating it) and checked all the fluids and such. Recently I had the b-12 message/code pop up on my gauges. Im guessing that the dealership didn't know how to reset the oil gauge, but should I take it to a honda dealership just incase? Car seems to be driving fine..

New to the car and the forum, don't know what to do.

P.s. I;ve reset the oil guage b/c the light was driving me insane.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

The maintanence minder is based on how you drive. It is more than likely that a none honda dealer isn't going to check or know how to reset the light. Not uncommon. You should be able to get a copy of the work done before it was resaled. If the oil filter/ait filter/cabin filter were changed you are fine. reset the light back to 100% and go with it.

For code info, click here: Curry Honda Atlanta | New Honda dealership in Chamblee, GA 30341

To reset the MM, with the engine off, turn the key to run, press the odometer button to the MM display, release the button, hold the odometer button approx. 10 seconds until the display starts flashing, release the button, press and hold the button again (approx. 5 seconds) until the MM rssets to 100%. It's all explained in the owners manual (if you got one with your used car).
