Hello to all!
Thought I'd pop in and say hi!
New to the forum, currently the proud owner of 2 Honda Jazz's (Fits).
I drive a 2008 Jazz 1.5 VTEC CVT and my wife a 2007 Jazz 1.4 i-DSI.
We absolutely love our cars! Initially we got the 1.4 for its versatility and because of the low mileage at the time (34k km). Over the last 18 months we have added more than 30k km to it and fell in love completely.
In the mean time I sold my car and got myself the VTEC CVT and I am very happy with it.

Thanks for the kind words, all.
Both cars are stock standard from the showroom floor.
I find it weird that the spec of the Jazz/Fit differs so much from the different parts of the world.
In sunny South Africa we got the Jazz around 2003 and they looked like this:
Then in 2004 they had a face lift and looked like this - basically identical to my wife's one with colour coded door handles, but with no foglights:
Then around 2006 they had another spec upgrade and they got the foglights, but lost the colour coded door handles for some reason and ended up looking like my wife's one:
I have since colour coded the door handles on my wife's car (I have an Auto Body Shop) and it looks MUCH better.
All Jazz's (Fits) up till 2006 were the 1.4 i-DSI engines with manual or CVT gearboxes.
In 2006 we got the 1.5 VTEC also in manual and CVT.
One other peculiarity is that the standard tyres on the standard wheels (as on my cars) was Bridgestone 185/55/15. Horrible size and makes the car look very "undertyred".
My wife's one has 195/50/15 now and my car has 195/55/15 which I think looks much better.
We do mix up the keys to our cars quite often, and I think we need to get key chains in very bright colours or something to tell them apart.
I find it interesting that there are very few stock standard cars on this forum. Most people seems to like upgrading and customising their cars very much.
Really enjoying my VTEC CVT in city traffic.... its soooo smooooth.
