Help CEL after valve adjustments

So my fit has been noisy and it has 52k miles on it.

I decided to do my valve adjustment myself. After it's all done, the CEL came on.

What did I do wrong?

Anyone has the same experience?

What's the code that set?

Did you check all of your connections?

I don't know the code yet, I don't have OBD scanner, I have to go to a local shop and have it read.

I did check all connections.

What could possibly go wrong? Is it too tight?

I used 0.152mm for intake and 0.178 for exhaust.

Btw! Why does the sticker under the hood says 0.28 -+0.02mm for exhaust? And yet fitfreak says 0.26-0.30mm

I suspect my exhaust valves are now way too tight, can this cause a CEL?

And why does the sticker says that range??
