Recaro seat install!! Wrong area but need quick answer

I know this is the wrong area, but I'm looking for a quick answer and haven't been able to find it.

I just went to install my JDM DC2 Recaro's on my Bride RO rails. When taking out the passenger side I noticed the seatbelt is attached TO THE SEAT! What did you guys with seat swaps do about this? I wanna get these in ASAP!

I just found my answer here..... shit.. Well I guess I won't carry passengers till I get this seatbelt thing figured out. Any pics of what you guys have done about this in your car?

Suggestions... First suggestion, unbolt it with a special tool(torx wrench with hollow middle) and make a new place to bolt it to. Will require some carpet cutting and possibly some reinforced welds to make it safe.
Second suggestion, buy a harness bar (sparco sells one Sparco USA) and a 4 point harness. You'll have to make some measurements and call sparco to see what fit's. Either way, you'll spend some money, first suggestion is cheaper.

I cut the old brackets off the OEM seat rail then had my brother weld the brackets onto the Bride rails.

Hmmm. Well a harness bar is not an option since I sometimes need the rear seats. I want to avoid cutting up my OEM rails for when I sell the car in the future. I remember reading in the seat thread that the guy (can't remember user name at the moment) that works for Boom Plus Toys put in the same seats and said he had a mounting point on the side of his seats... I'm wondering if he meant the bolt by the adjuster. I unscrewed it and couldn't tell what it's there for. I haven't had much time to take a good look so for now I just have the drivers seat installed. Maybe I should get a hold of him. The shop is 25 min from my house.
