Torn...
I'm torn. I'm thinking about parting out my car. Driving it for a little while longer then either trading it in or selling it around the spring. Opinions. Other option could be to try and sell it private with mods. To give you an idea.

-Fujita SRI
-Spoon B pipe
-RS*R C&K axleback
-T1R short shift w/ Blox 490 gram shift knob
all maintenance done religiously and been running on Mobil 1 synthetic for the past year. Changed every 5-6,000 kms. Only Honda Filtertec filters used.
Suspension/handling:
-KW V2 coilovers
-Progress rear sway bar
-T1R Carbon rear strut & C pillar bars
-Mugen stainless front strut bar
Wheels/tires:
-Konig Helium 15x6.5" 40 offset dark bronze
-Dunlop Direzza 205/50R15

-T1R shift boot
-T1R ebrake cover
-OEM all weather floor mats and trunk tray
-OEM Carpet floor mats

Lighting:

Other:
-JDM Mugen window visors
-JDM Honda badging:
Front H (JDM EP3 Type R)
Rear H (JDM DC2 Type R)
"FIT" trunk emblem (JDM 1.5S)
-Blox shorty antenna
-custom rear wiper delete
-JDM Honda hood hinge with Damper (T1R kit)

So are you torn about parting it out vs. selling it as a whole? Is keeping it not an option? It's such a cleanly modded Fit that's not over the top. I love what you've done with it. I would keep it!
Regarding part out, of course if you can find somebody to buy the entire car with the parts factored into the price that would be great. Less work for you and the new owner is all modded and good to go. But most times I feel that buyers just want a stock car, and if that's the case then I have only one thing to say: DIBS on the Progress RSB!

It's just one of those things. I've owned the car since new and had it almost 6 years. I wanna move onto something else. Just I've never had a car with so many mods, so I'm stuck weather to sell it as is or not.

If you're parting, I'm interested in the B-pipe. Along with a few suspension bits.
It is clean for sure but realistically mods are worth much unless you're selling to someone looking for the car modded already. Especially up in BC, tough market to sell.

You might at least list it and see if you get any bites. The modifications look really well done. I could conceive of maybe getting a buyer even from CA, although, the fact you're in Canada doesn't help you here :P
Unfortunately, more realistically is, it's worth a lot more as parts; more work for you to restore to stock though. But doesn't hurt to try right?

My opinion? I say keep it.
You'll never find another first gen in such great condition.
You've had it since new so you know it's been taken care of.
You wouldn't get that much money if you sold it anyway (just because it's not an expensive car).
You'd definitely lose money on the modifications unless you're down to painstakingly change everything back to stock.
What sucks is the feeling of selling a car and regretting it later down the road, especially if you were attached to and loved your car.

Part it out, put back to stock (trade + cash on top for OEM parts you no longer have), sell stock car privately, do not trade in.
That is the best way to maximize your profit$, but will take the longest to accomplish.
Option 2 is to sell as-is privately. Won't make as much money as if you parted it out, but much less of a headache.
That being said, i've regretted not parting out in the past, but being short on time and a place to work on the car/store parts, I really had no choice.

Put back the stock. You'll have a limited market for the add-ons unless you get lucky and find an enthusiast. And even if you do, I can imagine an enthusiast would be a little hesitant about buying a care with so much mods. To me mods mean the car has been driven hard. Just my opinion. I'd prefer to buy a gingerly used stock and do add-ons myself.

Well. I've decided. I'm puttin it back to stock. So all aftermarket parts will soon b up for grabs. I want to sell local first, but will consider shipping parts at buyers cost down the road.

I never actually got around to getting the light off. I've only had them in my car for like 2 months. I'm asking $1,050 for the seats with rails. The passenger rail was bought new form AJ. The drivers I got from Jackie. He bought from AJ and never installed.

Parting it is definitely your best option
I'm assuming you have all of the stock parts that were replaced with aftermarket.
You have a good amount of high dollar parts that would be difficult to fully recover on the sale of the car as is. Sure someone may appreciate the parts a bit more therefore paying more but in the end you will get more money parting the vehicle and selling it stock or as close to stock as possible.
