Mouse/mice have been getting into the passenger compartment of my FIT. I’ve read field micecan fit through a ¼” diameter hole. Any thoughts on where holes like this mightbe? I thought possibly the outside air vent but wouldn’t the air filter in theduct stop them (no holes chewed in the filter)? Don’t laugh but I now have atrap sitting on the passenger floor and on the folded down rear seats.

 

Folks with Collector Cars report that putting chunks of Irish Spring brand soap around and inside the car will deter varmints.



If I were a passenger in your Fit, I'd rather kick a chunk of soap than step on a mousetrap! LOL

Jersey Mice are CRAFTY, aren't they? Better check your silverware, make sure it's all there....
