It happens.. What size tyres and the width and offset of your wheels? Has your car been lowered? If all is still original equipment you may have loose or missing snap fasteners that hold the wheel well liners in place... I have a new set to install in my car because of a combination of the things I mentioned that ruined the originals..

I am using continental cpc 195/55/15. Have not done any offsets, all as stock... Original tyres from agent, 185/55/15 though... Yokohama s-drive....

As for liners, I did checked.... All are in placed... Recently I drove a Nissan sunny, Mitsubishi colt... Both had the same issues... Just wondering if it will damage our tyres in the long run.

I had the same problem with the stock stuff as well.. The plastic liners are making contact with the tyres more than likely.. The GD-3 sports models sold here came with 195-55-15s... It must be a normal thing.. My tires were never damaged by it occurring.. I'm pretty sure it's nothing to worry about and will be alright..
