2005 GD 1 jerky and shuddering at low RPM and CVT slipping???

Ok heres the deal. My car she will b 8 yrs old this may. 230k km mileage so far.
Diligently serviced every 10k.
But recently, ive been experiencing shuddering/ jerking / clutch slip issues!! FML
Shuddering n jerking occurs during 1500-2000 rpm. The whole car literally almost 'harlem shook' a while.

Clutch slip happens when im in cruising speed. Low or high it happens. But all i did was to maintain throttle n it feels like my gear cannot be engaged and clutch slippy. In fact it almost feels like im driving a 4 speed auto??

Cfm driving till she dies. But the drive is pretty suffering...

Recently done oil change.
Sparkies done about 10-15k ago
Tb cleaned.
rims were changed so no balancing issue i guess

So bros out there share share.

Thnx thnx so muchhh

Its not a clutch. its your Cvt's drive belt most likely.

More likely it's your CVT fluid. Honda changed the formulation awhile back to cure this problem get it changed with the special new Honda fluid.

Had this jerking problem on 2011. Expect the gearbox had problem. However, 1 guy helped me to find the problem and solved it. It was just my coil plugs problem. So, 7 out of 8 coil plugs create the problem. Solution, change all the coil plugs. Problem solve. My car is 1.4 i-dsi.
