'07 clutch or tranny problem?
I just bought an '07 Fit Sport with 140k miles and manual transmission. Seems like I'm having some weird clutch or tranny problems.
From what I can tell, after the car has been sitting for several hours or more, it starts up fine and the clutch feels great. Dive a couple miles into town, go into the store for 10 minutes, start it up but I can't shift into any forward gears and a grinding noise if I try to put it in reverse. WTF?? Turn off the engine, put it into gear and start it up from there and drive off. Sometimes without issue, other times I still can't change gears.
I bought this specifically so I could cut my truck in half, I don't want to work on two vehicles at the same time. Help!
