Aftermarket spoiler and factory holes??

Aftermarket spoiler and factory holes??
Is there an aftermarket rear spoiler that utilize the factory spoiler holes?? I searched and everybody seems interested in the "duckbill" style spoiler. Any kind info would be greatly appreciated.

I think the real spoon duckbill spoiler uses the factory holes.
All the replica duckbills require you to drill new holes.
