No Power to door lock fuses

I am working on a 2013 Fit Sport and the power door locks don't work. I don't have any power to the 15 amp door lock fuses (2 fuses) right by each other in the fuse panel. Is there a relay that might be broke that sends power to these fuses or does anyone have any suggestions where to look next?

Have you checked both fuse boxes? One under the hood along with the one under the dash?

Where is the fuse box under the hood? I know the fuses on the positive battery terminal appear to be good.
