Any one running flashpro and a D1 Spec Throttle controller? My wife drives the fit more than me (I use the miata as dd ) and she would like some more increased acceleration. I know the flashpro can give more power and the specD1 controller can deliver it smoother, can anyone comment if they have both. Thanks
The FlashPro itself can actually be used to fully remap everything about the engine including the Drive By Wire throttle.
I had a Blitz ETC, and after I haf my tuner re map the DBW there was no reason to keep using it

I run a FlashPro and a Throttle Controller...
BlueAngelFit, I use a Blitz TC and a FlashPro. I feel that each mod has increased the pleasure of owning my Fit. I feel that on my GD3 5AT, the Blitz does help give my Fit a better launch off the line. At lower speeds, it does give me more zip through traffic. I don't notice much advantage above 3rd gear however.
The FlashPro has allowed me to raise my redline from 6,800 to 7,200 RPM. Before raising it, I used to accidentally hit the rev limiter whenever I tried to squeeze out a bit more acceleration. That was the one thing about the Fit that I used to hate the most. If you have ever hit the limiter, you would know that the recovery time seems to take forever. I am happy to report that I have not bounced off the limiter since. I have also bumped up the launch control rev limiter a bit. If you use that feature, that will also help you get off the line quicker. I don't practice this very often as it probably doesn't do the drivetrain any favors.
Depending on her driving techniques, these may or may not help your wife. If her definition of "more acceleration" is to take off more quickly, then the Throttle Controller may help. If she is the type to achieve acceleration by rowing through the gears at higher RPM, then the FlashPro will help.
If you want noticeable acceleration, you might want to try mounting up a set of lightweight 15" wheels with low aspect ratio tires.

Thanks for your repley guys great feedback. I feel that I should focus on the flashpro more than the throllte controller As from as light weight wheels I haven't found any yet that appeal to her taste, anyways did you tune the flashpro yourself?

I've had my eye on the weapon r street header, so right now my plans are 1- get the flashpro, (no need for spec d1 throttle controller once I get that) and get the car tuned. 2- weapon r street header and retune. 3- light weight wheels
