GD1 fit Jerk at stop light.
Hi good evening guy, i have a problem that have been bothering me for the past year. Occasionally at traffic stop light, my JDM IDSI Honda Fit will intermittently jerk. Feel like the engine is coughing. It goes away once i shift to neutral.
Driving wise, the car still performance good. Moving off from stop is smooth. My regular workshop have try troubleshoot but could't duplicate the symptom. I have done the following during my lastest 100k km servicing.
1) Replace engine oil/oil filter(as per usual servicing)
2) Change ATF oil.
3) Change Spark plug.
4) Clean air filter, throttle body(Spray with honda throttle body cleaner)
5) Change all coil pack
Since then, i still do encounter occasional jerking/slight vibration at stop light. Though the symptom has become milder but i still do feel it.
Does any bro has any ideas what could be the problem?
Thanks.

Valve adjustment, that's probably what I'd do next considering you've already checked/replaced most of the things. Rough idle - which is what you seem to be describing can be caused by coil packs and valves, especially in our Honda Fits.

BTW, it says you live in Florida, how did you get a GD1 JDM? Just curious.
