X-guage CANLF questions/revelations '07 base

So there doesn't seem to be much posted in the past 2 years on these deals... not sure if everyone gave up or found something better, but I'm trying to track down some performance declines so I have some questions on programming my ScanGauge2:

I want to get Fuel trim data, and I think I did, but I'm not sure. ScanGauge has codes for Barometric Pressure, Catalyst temps, A/F Ratio, and O2 but not Fuel trim (only CANSF). I swaped the identifier portiono of the CANSF code with what pops up on the CANLF codes and I got data back, that resembles what I want. Is this logic sound?
This is my understanding:
CANSF
O2 sensor TXD: 07E00114
ID - Mode - PID
07E0 - 01 - 14

CANLF
O2 sensor TXD: 33F10114
ID - Mode - PID
33F1 - 01 - 14

Since the mode/PID I want is an industry standard, I just need the correct ID code for my computer, which appears to be 33F1. Is that correct? My concern is I tried to use this as a command to get what PIDs were supported (so in a CANSF the code would be 07E000100, which should return the standard 20 pids Honda supports?) and it didn't. I noted that some CANSF identifiers are different, my understanding is those are talking to different hubs in the computer system?? like break system has an identifier, accessories one identifier, engine on identifier?

Thanks for any help... it seems like I'm trying to find proprietary info.
