Clutch Problem 2008 MT

I think I have a problem with my clutch. It is difficult to shift between gears. When the engine is not running the gears shift smoothly. When I start the engine it is very difficult to shift into gear. When traveling I can shift but it is difficult, the gears do not slide in easily. They do not grind but it is difficult to engage. This seemed to start happening after some hard driving. Any thoughts. It kind of feels like the clutch is not completely disengaging.

2008 Fit Sport MT, 85K miles. Love the car, this is the first trouble.
