I was out looking for a dizzy for my EF when I found a Taffy white 08 Sport auto in the yard. Was t-boned on the driver side pretty hard, all the curtain bags deployed. The hatch was gone, side skirts were gone, steering wheel and coil packs too.

Some things I noticed that were still on it were the rear lip (scuffed), front lip (might be able to be saved with a good sanding and paint, not sure as banged up). Everything under the hood was still there except for coils and master cylinder. The radio was still there along with visors (front seats are toast, not sure if rears are accessible). Cat back was there (can't sell cats at junk yard). Not sure if they bolted it out or cut it out. Only saw one rim on it. Only thing I took from it was the clip where the sun visor secures to the ceiling as I pushed mine in and it randomly broke.

Anything else w worth saving off of it you guys would recommend before it goes off to its final resting place?

 

Take the rear lip and front lip. Those are hard to find used, and cost a ton brand new.

Haha, and I need one of those visor clips myself, found a pair of OEM ones for 4 bucks on Amazon. Buying those.


Having a spare L15 to mess around with would be pretty awesome, I'd love to build one of those, lol.

I took the rear lip I'm going back for front tomorrow to see if I can save it. If not, not out much.

The driver side headlight was good, the passenger was toast. Both driver side doors were clean. I know on my Fit, the oil pressure sensor crapped out so I might jack that in the event someone else can use it. Pocket parts = free parts
