Let me simplify my wishes.. drop it a little, black wheels and low profile tires. Rear spoiler, better audio, window tint. My only concerns are exactly what to order and from where, and who can install it for me at a reasonable cost.

May I ask what exactly you want from the car and if you've ever modified a car in the past?

The goal appears to be - make the car flashier so it looks custom, stands out, and is less "invisible."

Colored lights/bright colors, accents, trim pieces, red emblems, painted brakes, and any other add-on, for example, ought to do the trick.

Stiffer suspension might not be nice on your spine.

Thanks so much, EVERYBODY!! I appreciate all your great advice and tips! I'm learning a lot along the way. I promise to post before and after pix. I have the image in my head already! I have 2 more months of payments on my daughter's braces, and then it's Mommy's turn to spend some $ on a piece of metal!

Without lowering it, will 17in wheels with low profile tires take up the majority of space in the wheel wells?

Not unless you put on tires that are improperly sized. In which case you'll likely rub, certainly negatively impact your fuel economy and make your odometer read incorrectly.

What size wheels/tires would you recommend?

15" wheels with 195/55/15 (if stock height) or 195/50/15 (if lowered).

And that size will fill up the wheel wells? (I'm not gonna lower it)
