fuse size and problem with remote

Hey guys, wondering what's the fuse size for our GD fits? mini? micro? regular?

I actually have a problem with my remote lock. It's after-market and it wouldn't trigger. Manually pushing down on the door knob will lock all doors. So does turning the key.

FYI: The after-market remote is spliced onto the existing system (bunch of wires in the fuse compartment).

I don't remember off the top of my head what size they are. The Owner's Manual should say somewhere. Or you could just pull one and go to your local auto parts store (Checker, Pep Boys, Auto Zone, etc) and match it with ones there.

To answer the OP's first question properly for future reference, the fuses are mini (10.9mm across, 16.3mm long). I couldn't find an answer anywhere in the owner's manual so I pulled one from my 2007 Fit and measured it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fuse_(...e)#Size_groups
