denso iridium ik20 vs ik22 better

I have Honda Fit GD1,2004 car it have original engine condition ,engine modal L13A 1.3, .....plug modal NGK BKR6E i need to upgrade iridium plug....with plug brand is better??or number ?? please help me...

According to the NGK website, BKR6EIX-11 should be the Iridium version of that NGK plug BKR6E-11.

Both of them are iridium but one is a step colder than the other. I think ik22 is the better one.
