Are Jazz and Fit's front brake replacement pads the same?

Are Jazz and Fit's front brake replacement pads the same?
I live here in England and I need to get front brake pads replaced. Is it ok to us the Jazz's part number?

If your front brake rotors diameter is 10.3in like the usdm Fit,they should be using the same brake pads. They are also the same as some non type r integra's and a bunch of other hondas
