Low speed issue and hard downshift
I've read about bumpy downshift(s) at deceleration.
In my opinion this thread describes the symptoms:
I am having issues with low-speed driving (5-40mph). When driving these speeds I commonly "big toe" the accelerator just to maintain speed. Now when I do this, approximately 1-2 seconds after I let off the accelerator, it feels like the vehicle tries to downshift into a lower gear, then goes back to the current gear. It feels like someone taps the brake. Alternatively, sometimes when I am coming to a complete stop it feels like someone taps the accelerator.
Three things happen when the issue above occurs: 1) the RPMs dip about 500-1000RPM and the car exhibits the above issue, 2) the RPMs DON'T dip at all and the car exhibits the above issue, and 3) the RPMs dip and I don't feel the vehicle "downshift."

The author of the thread took the vehicle for TPS calibration which fixed issue! Therefore those who having same symptom's may want to do the same
