Trim panel under passenger door coming off. How to secure?

Trim panel under passenger door coming off. How to secure?
The long trim panel underneath my passenger door is coming off on one end and I can't figure out how to reattach it. I see what may be clips inside but don't see how they should be oriented or what they attach to. Can anyone give some info? Thanks!

Is the trim on the door itself or on the door opening (or, sill)?
Look at some pf the parts diagrams from online Honda dealers such as Bernardi.com or Hondapartsdeals.com
