07/08 Driver sun visor "drop" problem...

I have a 07 where the visor relentlessly dropped. i got pissed off one day and fucking warped it big time. yesterday i went to the junk yard...funny enough the vehicle had the same problem...how did i know? well i used velcro on mine, and the one i got yesterday (unwarped) had velcro in the same spots. so anyway...its cleaner but i need a way to fix the drop.

has anyone had a similar issue?

any fixes? pictures?

i am thinking of getting an old style round magnet...razor-ing down the felt, gluing magnet on roof + visor

thoughts or other suggestions welcome

I'll take a guess that your sun visor clips are worn or the plastic cylinder on the sun visor that the clip slots in to is spinning on the shaft. The former can be replaced (click here), and the latter should be able to be fixed with a drop of plastic epoxy (or super glue, or replace the entire sun visor). Good luck
