P2646 issue

Okay, took the VTEC solenoid off, cleaned out the spool cavity and screen, put back on with new oil pressure switch, and STILL get P2646 code. Time to change entire solenoid assembly, or try cleaning again?

What grade of oil do you use?
Does solenoid click if you apply 4.5 volts to is terminals?
