My Fit makes a clicking( ta ta) sound as a switch on the ac and start going forward.

Hi guys, I have fit 2003 model , It makes a weird clicking sound as i put on the ac and start moving forward, (ta ta ta ta) then as i hit the brakes sometime the brakes also disappear. also after a long drive when i switch it off it won't start till the engine cool the heat down. My local honda mechanic can't seem to have any solution They suggested the plugs we replaced the new one, Coils seems to be working just fine. anybody out there to help me figure it out whats happening? it works fine if the ac is not one the ticking sounds disappears.
