- Reduce drag coefficient
- Don't Idle the car unnecessarily
- Use the gas pedal as little as possible
- Coast up to lights and ease out of lights
- Keep the RPM's down
- Avoid city driving and take more speed consistent routes

Oh, no not really. Honda has squeezed every ounce of fuel efficiency out of the car already. Keep up on your maintenance. Dirty Oxygen sensors can lower MPG.
There is this thing called a Pedal Commander that helps with pedal input and can lower MPG's.

fair warning, it does make the car very horrible from a driving experience / fun factor point of view
