Gk valve head swap to ge

Ive noticed the new 2015 honda fit has a dohc ivtec setup. I am curious if it is possible to swap the dohc gk to a sohc ge and if that would deem benefitial at all to performance and tuning possibilities

It would be like trying to install a piston from a 1973 caterpillar truck, might need to be filed a little.
