I have a 2008 Sport that I would like to put a K24 motor in, sometime in the 2nd half of this year. I was wanting to know:

1. a reliable vendor you can acquire a new motor from
2. what amount of HP gain produces amazing results without having to say "wrong car" (I'd rather not torque steer my way to Piggly Wiggly)

I would like to purchase everything needed to accomplish a transplant in its entirety.

The fit is not a lot different in weight from the cars the K motor comes in.. I'd seriously look at the motor mount area and make sure its not going to stress the body at the attaching point, It might pay to add some body tab reinforcement around the motor mounts.

May need a motor control shock as well. Just to keep the torque managed.
