Torn motor mounts

I have 100k and my transmission and rear motor mounts are torn. I must admit my fit is aging poorly.
Has anyone inspected or had the need to replace their top right, hydraulic motor mount?

IF you shop for motor mounts you will find many sellers claiming that a/t & m/t take the same mounts, or they will sell you a grey market mount from the asian fit. They are not necessarily the same!!! Honda has different part numbers, they look almost identical, but they are not!

solid mounts or fill the oem with silicone

I am in the same boat. Roughly same km and my MT motor mount is torn and tired. I have seen the couple different types of mounts from RockAuto and they look like the same old garbage. I wish there was aftermarket mounts that were just upgraded and not K swap only or don't fit right. I found this reference of the innovative mounts 05+ Honda Fit/Jazz Replacement Mount Kit. A forum member tried these out but found fitment issues with the third mount on the side, because they are custom ordered I dont know if this issue would be universal but some more RND would help before I would throw down cash for ill fitment. Also found if you can get your hands on some new ones consider doing this before installing https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/fit-...or-mounts.html
I actually filled mine with silicone while still connected to the car and have noticed a huge improvement. This is a bandaid fix and I will need new ones in the future.$$$ Now I need to find out which ones are the real mounts since you have shown me there is more than one oem.

I just inspected my hydraulic motor mount, its torn and has leaked its oil. And no aftermarket hydraulic mounts for the a/t fit. Look at their pictures carefully! they are not for the USDM fit.

The one on the left is the original for a/t.

My passenger side engine mount just recently died too. Starting spewing its guts all over the engine bay. At ~146k miles. Anybody else?

This is disappointing. These mounts should last 200 K miles.

There's a couple of ways:

1. Inspect them periodically to see if they're torn and/or cracking. That can occur at the metal and/or rubber parts - typically the rubber parts. This one pictured is particularly easy to inspect because you can see it in plain site when you pop the hood and it's hydraulic so if it's failed, you'll have grease/fluid leaking out of it.

2. The other way is you might just notice the engine rocking, more vibrations, or decreased directness of power transfer when you hit the throttle. It might be difficult to notice this if yours has an automatic transmission. You might even hear some knocking around the engine bay.

I noticed a difference in my clutch engagement, increased wheel hop, and some clunking. Popped the hood and saw the leaking hydraulic engine mount.

The hydraulic motor mount is a dealer only item. It comes with the brackets, so your gonna get raped! Online I've seen them for $180 shipped. Some dealers sell them for $300.

So here's a few dumb questions to add to the thread rather than start a new one: 1. Does a worn engine mount feel like crappy coilpacks? 2. How much hydraulic fluid is in the mount? Could I have lost all the fluid while being oblivious to the problem so that when I pop the hood and look at the mount I don't see any fluid leaking?

My 09 sport MT rear mount broke on a mellow drive to take old Mom for a drive.
Symptoms included random clunking and a slight exhaust roar on acceleration.
I came home, popped the hood and grabbed the valve cover and shook to motor.
It was obvious the motor was loose at the rear. I tiptoed to my local Bucky's repair shop and told them the exhaust was a little noisy. They called back and said my rear motor mount was broken. 10 am the next morning it was ready to go for $385. I retired as an industrial mechanic I was happy to pay someone else to fix it.
