So I was wondering what the real difference is between the two. I know that the OEM/Mugen body kits are quite expensive, but I've seen cheap aftermarket body kits on eBay and such for almost half the cost.

What's the dealio? Is the manufacturing quality lower? Is the material of lower quality? Or are the OEM parts' cost simply inflated by the fact that you can call it OEM?

 

Have you ever heard the sang "you get what you pay for" well that apply here. Yes some of it is the name your paying for but also the fit and finish will be a lot better then it would on the cheaper ebay crap. You will spend a lot more money in the long run on the "cheaper" kits to fit properly.
