2012 Civic shark fin antenna swap on a GE8

I'm still at work and I must of readed over the part where is said not plug and play (oops) I forgot my memory card at home so I'll take some pics then. It bolts up fine, but the wire is shorter and has a different connector on it. The connector looks like a coaxial cable I did try to take it about and just swap there but no go.

BTW I did try my radio and it worked fine just not picking up all the stations. I was able to pick up Tampa stations with the Fit antenna but not at the moment with the Civic one.

Heres a few more Shots.

I like it alot, I don't care about the radio stations I can't get anymore I mainly use my Mp3 player anyway. I left the old antenna hook up and took it behind the C pillar not sure if it help but whatever.

I think I found a fm to xm antenna adapter going to best buy to see if they have one in stock.

LMAO! no need to say sorry. I like it so that's what matters, The one you got look pretty good. Is it plug and play?
