It still has to pressurize that whole pipe before getting the psi needed.
The icon picture of my engine bay was taken before I upgraded to 10PSI and intercooler.. Now the large pipe has been replaced by a smaller one... I am pretty confident that a drop in pressure wouldn't offset any gains acquired from lowering the IAT.. The FMIC I'm installing is 28"x7" with 2.5" pipe and is supposed to drop the pressure by .2 PSI... I should be able to do ok with 3 times that much loss after tuning with the AEM F/IC, if not a smaller pulley might be necessary.... As messed up as my thinking is lately I may not finish this before next summer.... I can't believe I just bent the hell out of the overhead door for the second time by not raising enough for the roll bar on my tractor to clear it...

Hasepro steering wheel jacket. Scroll down and check out the all black one with red stitching. Not my thing, but an interesting option, especially for the Base model owners:

I don't know where else to post this, but I started this thread, so I'm going to leave it right here. I've seen two or three GE8s with NT03s and, am I crazy, or do these look damn good on our cars? A classic wheel, but the Fit sets it off! I think I'll get some.

Double edit correction: They do come in our lug pattern, in 17x7.5 +45 and +40. 17 lbs. and reasonably priced. Why don't more people have these??

Agree I thought mesh wheels were the best looking on the Fit but leaning toward mutli-spoke.

10 spokes (I think those are Advans RC3s?) look the best on the GE, besides TE37s. That's my overall assessment from a design standpoint.

DSM- I will see if I can dig up more info on those. Carview is a beast.

edit: I should add that I really like mesh wheels on our cars too, but there are so many similarities, it's hard to really say. Depends on stance, fitment, etc., way more than a good set of plain old JDM racing wheels do. RSes look good, and so do VS-XXes imo.

Rakuten.jp - Desir-de-vivre - JDM Fit RS Yellow fogs

Then follow this DIY on how to order from Japan using a freight forwarding service to the USA. DIY: How to order parts from Japanese websites - Honda CRZ Forum: Honda CR-Z Hybrid Car Forums

... and that's if they fit. Afaik, no one confirmed if they fit the USDM GE8's. They do definitely fit the CR-Z EX's as shown over on the CR-Z forums. Maybe you can find a CR-Z to test fitment before buying the JDM ones. Just an FYI the CR-Z & GE8 foglights are different part #'s.

Gave in and ordered one of the D.A.D/Garson goodies about 2 months ago, so it should be here in 2 more months...

Does JDP still make parts? I'm having serious trouble finding anything recent. I like some of the carbon fiber pieces but can't seem to find any.

And I know the official JDP vendor is no longer selling on here, but are there any other vendors?

^^^ That's about what I got them for shipped from Japan...

Those are from the Honda Access Catalog (Accessories)... available pretty much in every market but here.

Right now's a good time to buy from Japan, the USD/Yen exchange hasn't been this good for about 2 yrs.

Here's some more JDM-ness

Around $400 (depending on how the USD stands against JPY) + S/H from Japan.
