kinda like a matrix add on lip look, but it looks nice.

i noticed my '12 has dimples on the front bumper fender opening side where a factory lip could be bolted into.

Hi,
Thanks for your nice comment,

Actually, if I add something in between (like the dark garnish that supposed to be paired with this from Modulo), it will make the two lips pop out even more so I think it is better this way. I don't want the 2 side lips to pop out too much
now
if I add other thing in between (like make the center parts fuller with custom part so the 2 side lips look connected from side to side), then it will make everything looks flat again,

so the "slight" but not too much walrus looks are actually preferred by me, hahaha
cause it kinda look like the Genuine BMW Performance Competition Lip Spoilers (ZCP Competition Package M3)
this one:

the forum thread about this BMW lips is here:
(ZCP) Carbon Fiber Front Spoiler Lips Installed

Yes, the dimples on the front bumper fender is where the bolt goes into

and Thanks for your kind word,
in real world, people might not notice that it is an ADD ON lips that had been added later,...
most people will think that the car came from Honda Factory already installed with that lips (which is what I prefer).
I mean I want my car to looks different, but at the same time I want to make it look like it came from the factory already look like that,
you know like how AMG or M car looks, the proper subtle "performance from the factory looks" and not an "aftermarket performance looks"

Hello,
I got them from rakuten Japan,
here is the direct link to the lips but in Taffeta White color (check the last 3 digit of the part# for the color code)

i really want the mugen front spoiler, however i just dont think its not meant to be. i tried to place an order on rakuten for it a couple of weeks ago and i had problems with credit card transactions from the vendor. i can order it from amazon.jp from the same vendor and have no problems, but i would lose out on the tenso promos even though the shipping savings are only about 30 bucks.

so screw it. the more i stare at the front end of my car the more i'm starting to like how it looks. so just dropped an order from desir de vivre for the modulo lips. yen to usd exchange is so good for us now. should cost me less than $400 shipped vs. $1000-1500 for the mugen.

besides, i can always resell it in the future!

hopefully I can have some extra cash too, so I can buy the Modulo center garnish (like the one you already had on your car) but I am going to paint it white though... cause with white paint it will keep the car looking bigger from the front, since our car is so .... "tiny" hahaha
(if not painted white, I probably painted it silver the same silver as the newer Mugen RS side skirt with that silver insert, if I decided that I will choose the Mugen RS side skirt with silver insert instead of the one with black insert,...
which I still had not choose, cause why bother thinking until I had the cash on hand to buy hahaha)...

I just like that center garnish part from Modulo cause it make the center part of the bumper look "thicker" hahaha...

but I am confident that you will NOT regret buying the Modulo lips instead of the Mugen Shuttle whole front under spoiler...
the Modulo Lips looks way much better in rear world than in pictures...

I personally think those Mugen Shuttle front under spoiler would make our car even more nose heavy at the front especially since our car rear is not as long as the shuttle rear...

oh, I also planning to add the home depot rubber lips below the front bumper/modulo lips, but although this home depot rubber is very cheap, I need to wait until I bought the center modulo garnish so I can install the home depot rubber lips below it too...
this would make my car looks close to the ground,
and of course hopefully make the car had slightly more downforce (when I drive over 70mph in freeway), (more downforce cause it will coupled with the CR-Z engine under cover too)..
ah so many idea, but not enough cash for now hahaha

money money money... somebody please buy my JDM rear disk brake caliper/pads/rotor please and also my USDM side mirror please so I can some cash to buy other stuff

JDM Modulo Center Garnish arrive today,
try to fit it on the bumper, perfect fit.
The color is very nice dark grey metallic,
but once you put it on the bumper, it looks darker because it's location down there
don't get too much light, so it look like it is black...
and I don't like a black center part,
so I am going to PAINT it WHITE.

I just like the way it make the lower part of the bumper thicker with more
pronounced 3 humps on that part.

here are the pictures for now:

Just out of curiosity how long did the process take? From payment, to arriving on your door step?

I just tried to place an order for the center modulo garnish, but I received an error message saying seller does not ship to the United states...is that normal? Do I need to contact the seller for USA shipping?

So I did some research and it says the seller will email you a shipping price? Does Desir De Vivre normally ship to USA?

Sorry for the questions

I just had a quick question!

I am installing right now!

The little metal U shaped brackets, where do they go? I didn't get any instructions and I am not sure where they are placed.

Thanks!

edit:

Hi,
I don't remember there is a metal u shaped brackets,
but you might be talking about the small metal where the screw should grip too...
I think they should be somewhere behind the screw
