Rear bumper covers (non-OEM)

So yeah, I haven't gotten the rear bumper applique, but it seems to me that it's weaksauce. It basically looks like friction tape. I'm more interested in something rubberized like what you'd see on a real wagon, like this:

Obviously that one has some fitment issues since it's designed for the Corolla, but has anyone used anything different on this space? I figure if it's rectangularish and not the full width of the bumper, it should probably work. Anyone have any suggestions?

Zeta's looks pretty decent...

Ha! I just installed my Zeta cover over lunch today. Fits just fine and dandy on a 2009 model. Don't worry about it saying 2007, it works for the 2nd gen.

I like it. It's hard plastic and has some thickness to it. It reminds me of the OEM one on my Odyssey. That one has held up well over 110,000 miles.

Zeta products is the only one i've seen like that.

I have the Honda OEM one and it is rubbery, not like grip tape, and has held up well and protected my bumper from tons of box and furniture sliding, dropping, etc. I got it on sale for ~$15.

The only thing I don't like about the Zeta one is that it doesn't come far enough out on the bumper to do much good. It looks nice and all but is pointless if you want to rest something on the bumper. Not the case for the Corolla one you posted.

I have the OEM one but I agree it looks like the stuff you put on stairs not to slip. I like my wife's Camry one it is clear plastic cannot see it thinking of removing this one and buying something similar to the Camry.
