Am I correct in assuming this VHT Nightshades product (in conjunction with an adhesion promoter) work well to "paint" emblems as well as tint the fog lights, tail and headlights?

Wish I could find it in stores. No one has heard of it anywhere around here.

Also, is there a how-to somewhere on how to get the tail lights and head lights off? Tail lights are most likely the harder ones. Thinking about third brake light also.
