Just as the title says. i tried to use the search tool and also google. but SVC is not found anywhere related with audio.

Does anyone know what it does? it has low mid, high and off.

Your manual will explain it.

Basically: the faster you go, the louder the music. Helps to accommodate for increased road/engine noise.

yes it is speed volume control. Increased speed will raise the volume and when you slow down it lowers.

My Goldwing also has the feature and lots of others that have shown up on the Fit.... I love motorcycles but prefer my Fit to the Goldwing

I had mine off originally but kicked it back on. I do country road driving so my speed varies and having the volume increase with the speed of the car is really nice. Especially when coming into a town or leaving one... the fit is a loud car inside and the SVC makes up for the difference. (I also don't have my volume that high to begin with though. 8-10 on AVG and highs of 14 on the volume knob.)

It's nice that you can adjust the sensitivity though too.
