Speed volume control

Is there a speed volume control (svc) on NA fits ?
I saw an article saying svc is included on fit. Maybe only in europe or asia ?

Hit the "sound" button on the radio, turn dial. It's easy. Also WTF is with that avatar??? It's scary!!

We call it "have no svc". It's Sam the ugliest dog in the world. He went on the Carson show...
He's now dead. Carson too. :-(

I have it at low. My RX-8 has it, and I really don't like it. Interresting technology, but it doesn't seem to get it right most of the time.
