Stock Navigation Unit w/ Aftermarket Parts
I have a 2010 fit sport w/navi on order. I also have 2 phoenix gold amps, and a set of kr2 focal components and a rockford sub boxed in my garage.
I have never done an install with aftermarket equipment to stock head unit before.
I realize that I would pull better quality (especially with these parts) with an aftermarket deck with better equalizing and tune options, however, I would much rather leave the factory head unit in the fit. My fiance and i do not like the aftermarket look.
I have a multi channel and mono amp i would like to hook up. I will probably just throw some cheap infiniti kappas in the rear and focus on the f. stage with my focals.
Has anyone done this before? Will the factory steering wheel volume buttons still work?
Thanks in advance
