I've got a 2010 Fit Base. Love it. I bought a separate satellite radio unit that I run through the aux port and is mounted on the windshield.. love the satellite radio hate the hook up.

A while back I had also thought about adding USB to my Fit.. the sound in the car has been pretty good.. however $130 just for the USB unit seems.. like money better saved towards a better head unit.

So anyways, I decided I want a double din head unit. I do not want or need navigation or dvd playback, and it does need to be satellite radio ready. I also want USB.

I have a JVC head unit in my Suburban.. really like it. I was looking at either the JVC KW-XR810 or the JVC KW-XR610. I like the idea of the blue tooth.. not sure what difference I would notice other than that and the 6 channels versus 4 channels.

What do you guys say?

Also... anyone got the part numbers for the Fit Sport Navi double din parts? I'd like to keep that part factory.. never had good luck with the aftermarket crap.

I've been looking at the XR810 as well - like you for the BT audio (A2DP).


What did you end up doing? You get the 810? Any pics of it installed?
