Door Panel Removal

How do you remove the DOOR panel of front and rear passenger ???
I want to put dynamat inside to reduce noise

Start by removing the screw inside the door latch. Then remove the outer plastic piece of the arm rest, it should pop off without too much effort. You will find an additional screw to remove. Now just pry off the door panel. Its held in by 8-9 Honda clips. I found its pretty easy to start at the bottom left.

Rear doors are the same procedure.
