I will be installing a 4ch amp via a RF360.2 and when I did this in my CR-V with a OEM Nav unit I learned the hard way that the stock amp was separate from the actual head unit. it was located down under the shift knob. So, is the Fit Nav unit the same or is the amp actually part the Nav unit?

I don't have the navi version, but it should be amplified from the head unit. Just run speaker outputs to the RF360 high inputs and you should be good to go.
