So i been searching around the internet about installing bucket seats in the honda fit, and im wondering is it possible to remove the weight sensor on the oem seat and put it under the cushion on bucket seats? No luck so far finding reliable info about it

So far what i got about installing a bucket seat is, (a very condensed version)
1. unplug battery
2. unplug the seat sensor
3.unbolt the oem seat
4.bolt on the bucket seat
5.plug everything back in

any help would be appreciated
