No power to USB Port

So odd question, I have an 09 Fit, radio and cubby were previous scuffed super bad. So I saw as an opportunity to upgrade to 2013 Fit, Jet Black, and hey while I’m at it JDM hazard and USB.

My problem is I’m not getting power to the USB. What should I be looking at to troubleshoot?

Use another working cable. That way, you'll know if it's the cable or port.

id say make sure u plugged the usb cable back in to the back of the new radio. if i remember correctly the usb has its own little independent plug thats easy to miss.

but yes...check the cable first. usb cables can go bad from too much bending near the base and mostly from plugging/unplugging. the little pins wear out and get smashed down or break off.

Found my problem, since I had 2009 Fit there was no fuse. Did some research, put in 20 amp fuse works great

Try with a known cable that works & check the fuses.
