Ac flushing
Ac flushing
Ac wasn’t working yada yada yada. Dealership said the lines are contaminated and need to replace everything a 6k repair.
I called a local shop to get an est. they said 1700 and would flush the lines. Any experience on having the Honda ac lines flushed? Will it work or will it fail again in 6 months.
Any info would be great. Thank you.

My man, go here:

Fantastic prices, you could do the whole system yourself for around $300. You need to have the system vacuumed and voided before opening the system up but it's a very straight forward system. I'm in the middle of diagnosis for mine and ordering parts tomorrow morning to start working on mine. I'm thinking my compressor died.

I would say 'NO' to that.
