2-Wheel Alignment vs 4-Wheel Alignment - 2010 Honda Fit

A few weeks ago during a multi-point inspection I was told I need a wheel alignment for my 2010 Honda Fit (base model). Now there is a Honda Dealer near me that is offering a really good price on a 2-wheel alignment ($39.99). Someone once told me that Honda Fits only need front wheel alignment but I've read mixed things in regards to that.

So is a 2-wheel alignment adequate for a 2010 Honda Fit?

The only point of adjustment without buying camber bolts is front toe. The rear suspension is incapable of alignment without shims or bending.

I consider myself lucky I suppose that since new I've not needed an alignment. I've had it checked every time I put tires on it and it's been perfect every time.

Fit has a beam style rear axle so no rear adjustment as mentioned above. My 09 Fit seems to hold alignment very good over the 11 years of ownership. Roads are in decent shape in my area so that does make a difference. Original front struts but rear shocks have been replaced. 170k miles on the car now.

This is a good point. Since the rear axle is solid and not adjustable, the two wheel alignment is probably sufficient. The main purpose of an alignment is to keep your tires from unnecessarily wearing excessively, so regular tire pressure checks with a quality tire pressure gauge and tire rotations about every 5,000 miles are also very important.
